DSS raid ISIS training Cells discovered in Kano

The Department of Security Service (DSS) has busted ISIS training cells in Kano. They also arrested five unidentified persons on their way to join other ISIS fighters in Libya and other Africa countries.
The State Director of DSS, Abdullahi Bello Chiranchi, revealed that the arrest was a significant break through at frustrating any move by the terrorist group to make Kano their training ground.
Those arrested were indigenes of Kogi State moving to Libya, Morocco and other places that might have traces of ISIS fighters.
Also, a nine-man international rustling, armed robbery, kidnapping and car-snatching gang terrorising some northern states were arrested.
